Wexford Contracting treated this 100,000 sq ft new manufacturing facility with Euclid’s Diamond Hard densifier and Qwikjoint UVR on all control joints.

Using WVDOT approved, EucoRepair SCC Fast and Dural Prep AC Bonding Agent, contractors are able to perform maintenance repairs on this beautiful cable-stayed bridge which connects West Virginia and Ohio.

Euclid Chemical specially formulated VersaSpeed RMC for this infrastructure repair job. Golden Triangle Construction needed a patch material that could be placed at full depth and reached high compressive strengths in a short-amount of time.

Climashield installed Prosoco’s Cat 5 weather barrier on the negative side of an existing masonry wall. This project is attempting to meet Passive House standards and needs top performance from their materials to achieve a tight building envelope.

Nathan Contracting was hired to install Euclid’s Flexolith epoxy coating in this downtown parking garage. After placement of the epoxy, the contractor broadcasted black beauty aggregate to refusal to give a tough, uniform finish.

During one of the final phases of the Wood Street T-Station renovation, contractor Mariani & Richards cleaned the exterior limestone panels with Prosoco’s 766 Limestone Cleaning system.

A national retailer utilized several Euclid Chemical products on the recent construction of a new 100,000+ sq. ft. retail warehouse location.  The floor needed to be tough and durable as it was designed to withstand forklift traffic and heavy pallet loading.  They used the following:

Surflex - a non-metallic dry shake floor hardener that increases the abrasion resistance of the surface of a concrete slab.  

Kurez RC - Removable spray-on curing compound.

Diamond Hard - Sodium Silicate floor densifier.  

QwikJoint UVR - semi-rigid polyurea joint filler.

ULTRASEAL AB is a unique waterproofing membrane comprised of a polyethylene liner and chemical bond layer integrally encapsulating an advanced Active Polymer Core (APC). The hydrophilic active polymer core (APC) layer swells and seals against water ingress while the advanced bonding layer locks the membrane composite to the outer surface of the concrete and prevents lateral water migration. Thus, this advanced membrane combines multiple proven technologies into one membrane to provide superior waterproofing performance.

Unlike previous versions, requiring two separate membranes, the improved ULTRASEAL AB covers most below-grade conditions including, but not limited to, underslab, property-line, and backfilled cast-in-place concrete wall applications.

Harris Masonry installed Prosoco’s R-Guard Spray Wrap MVP, FastFlash and Joint & Seam Filler on the new St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology.

The center sits on a 2-acre lot off of University Boulevard in Steubenville, OH and will feature a conference center, multimedia studios, a library, and much more.

Herbert Hoover HS is fully coated with Prosoco’s R-Guard (VB specifically).

During the repurposing of Pittsburgh’s iconic Produce Terminal, Cost Masonry opted to use York’s Flash-Vent stainless steel flashing at the heads of all storefront windows. The durable stainless steel, coupled with the wicking fabric make it a high performance solution to this repurposed space.

Pressley Ridge School for Deaf is a licensed private academic school and is located on the second floor of the new facility. The new $12 million building was completed in September of 2019 and used Prosoco’s R-guard Spray Wrap MVP as it’s primary air barrier.

Wilson Restoration (Pittsburgh) used Euclid’s VersaSpeed LS 100 with EucoWeld 2.0 to repair several balconies at a prominent Pittsburgh high rise apartment complex.

York’s Manufacturing’s Flash-Vent should be the only through wall flashing you consider for your next masonry project. It’s made of durable 304 stainless steel with a wicking fabric facer. It does not clog, eliminating the need for mortar netting.

A complete rehab and update of the Sprinkler Fitter’s Union Hall in Millvale included coating the exterior brick with Prosoco’s breathable masonry coating (BMC II).

Prosoco’s BMC II (Breathable Masonry Coating) was used to coat the 121 year old dome at the Washington County Courthouse.

Once the Saks Fifth Avenue site in Downtown Pittsburgh, Lumière offers 86 distinctive residences with one, two, and three-bedroom open floor plans in a new steel tower.

The project used Knight Wall’s CI vertical girt system to achieve true continuous insulation and increase the R-Values of their walls.

Cracks had developed on a beam. The contractor needed a material capable of achieving high-strengths in a very short time. They opted to use Dural Fast Set epoxies for their repair material.

Dural Fast Set Gel was used to seal off the cracks and install injection ports. Low-viscosity Dural Fast Set LV was used to inject the cracks with epoxy.

The Port Authority used Euclid's Dural 435 Elastomeric Grout to re-set the rails used on the light rail rehabilitation.  Using an elastomeric grout can provide both strength and vibration dampening for this application.  

The project, which is expected to cost a total of $201 million, will house a new university welcome center, the Tepper School of Business, the Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship and technology-enhanced learning initiatives. It also will offer many quality-of-life enhancements for the campus community, including meeting and collaboration spaces, a 600-seat auditorium, fitness center and dining facilities, according to CMU.

Moore, Reuble, Yudell Architects and Planners were the executive designers of the Tepper Building while Pittsburgh firm Renaissance 3 served the local architects.  The building utilizes PROSOCO's VB fluid-applied air/vapor barrier on the exterior gypsum sheathing.  

Prosoco's VB fluid-applied air/vapor barrier was used on this large scale office building in Robinson Township, PA.

The project is part of the $450 million Riverfront Landing residential and office development that Buncher has proposed for 37 acres of prime Allegheny waterfront between Veterans Bridge and 21st Street. In all, Buncher is hoping to develop more than 750 units on the property, most of which is now used for parking.

NRP’s complex is expected to feature a mix of high-end studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. They will be wrapped around a six-story, 460-space parking garage in the interior of the complex that will not be visible from the street.

The mauve coating on the building is PROSOCO's fluid-applied air barrier called MVP.  

The Frick Environmental Center is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum building that is engineered to meet the Living Building Challenge. 

The architect specified PROSOCO's CAT-5 premium fluid-applied air barrier.  CAT-5 has no "Red List" chemicals in it as defined by the International Living Future Institute.  Therefore, it was a perfect product to use for this state-of-the-art facility.  

Enviro Klean® DriKlean is a gentle but powerful rinseless cleaning solution designed for interior spaces where traditional liquid cleaners can’t go. Spray, roll or brush it onto limestone, sandstone, marble, travertine, plaster, terra cotta, concrete, mortar or brick to safely remove dust, soot, oils and other surface soiling. The cleaner and soiling is easily peeled off after drying.

Nathan Contracting used Euclid Chemical's Metal FX epoxy system to coat the bare concrete floor of this office building. The rich, deep blues are achieved by mixing the special blend of metallic pigments with the tough-as-nails epoxy coating. The result is a floor that not only looks great, but has a higher chemical and abrasion resistance.

Decorative concrete contractor Justin Yarborough used Increte’s Flagstone Stamps to achieve this great look prior to coloring and sealing the concrete.

The $21 million Kerr Elementary School, located in the Fox Chapel Area school district in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania completed construction, in late-summer 2019. The school used Prosoco's Spray Wrap MVP as their weather barrier.

The project constructs a 10-story building “Core and Shell” for a future use, still to be determined by the University.  Patrino’s Painting used Prosoco’s Spray Wrap MVP system to achieve a vapor permeable building envelope.

Victory Heights is a $240 million athletic complex at the University of Pittsburgh that is currently under construction. The project includes a 3,000-seat arena and sports performance center. Easley and Rivers is using Prosoco’s Spray Wrap MVP for their vapor-permeable building envelope.

This residence hall, at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Clyde Street, houses 264 students. Completed in 2021, Fifth & Clyde is the first new dormitory on campus since Stever, which was built almost 20 years before. Much like the last dorm, CMU has focused on equipping this building with high efficiency technology. It is also LEED certified (Gold).

Prosoco’s FastFlash was used to treat all rough openings, joints, and penetrations.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Hall is a 90,000-square-foot building that is the first major construction across Junction Hollow from the main Carnegie Mellon University campus. The main occupant of the new building is the School of Computer Science Institute for Software research. This building is certified LEED Gold.

Prosoco’s R-Guard VB was used as the vapor-impermeable coating.
